We are hiring a Tele Caller for B2B and B2D operations. The candidate should be capable of handling driver hiring, basic system work, updating sheets, attending calls, and maintaining regular follow-ups with clients and drivers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Driver hiring and onboarding
Handling B2B & B2D calling process
Updating and maintaining daily reports/sheets
Attending incoming and outgoing calls
Follow-up with drivers and clients regularly
Basic computer and system handling

Candidates with good communication skills and basic Excel/system knowledge are preferred.
