Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and convert leads into clients

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain sales pipelines

• Guide clients through the service offerings and onboarding process

• Maintain accurate lead and client records in internal systems

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Prepare and share sales updates and reports

• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns when required

• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship roles

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in lead management and sales follow-ups

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email communication)

• Ability to work from the Koramangala office

Salary & Benefits
