Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Female Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for our girls' hostel business across multiple cities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring efficient lead handling, driving admissions, coordinating hostel visits, and maintaining smooth day-to-day sales operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve business targets while reporting directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives across all hostel locations.
Ensure timely follow-ups on all inquiries and maximize lead-to-admission conversions.
Monitor lead allocation, CRM updates, and overall sales pipeline.
Coordinate and oversee hostel visits, counseling sessions, and admissions.
Resolve customer queries and support the team in closing high-value or critical leads.
Maintain smooth sales operations and ensure standard processes are followed across all branches.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for senior management.
Analyze sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Coordinate with operations and hostel teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in education, hospitality, real estate, or service industries.
Proven experience in team management and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Ability to manage multiple locations and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel between hostel locations whenever required.
