Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role for Banking Partnerships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with banks and insurance partners and promoting our suite of financial products to their merchants and outlets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for overseeing the sales team's performance and developing strategies to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Liaising with the bank and coordinating with internal teams on a daily basis for smooth operational execution Managing the relationship from inception till execution and adding value in terms of customizing the product as per partners requirement.
Managing existing portfolio of banking partners Adding value to increase the base and offerings for the current partners.
Acquisition of new banking partners for payment products of Mswipe.
Holding strategic discussions with the potential partners to on-board those for a product which is a win- win for both Mswipe and the partner.
Identifying potential, conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing sales strategies, and determining specifications, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
Monitor competitor activities, assess impact and provide inputs for effective response.
Participate in market development initiatives such as Seminars, customer visits, Tech Days and Exhibitions for increasing awareness of Product Sales portfolio.
Managing the relationship from inception till execution and adding value in terms of customizing the product as per partner’s requirement.
Managing existing portfolio of banking partners Adding value to increase the base and offerings for the current partners.
Ensure that there is a continuous focus on generating leads and opportunities pipeline at any point of time.
Work closely with the Technical Support team to ensure customer satisfaction and plan new customer acquisition initiatives.
Requirements:
Experience in business development and sales in the banking or financial services industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans to meet targets
Knowledge of banking and financial products and services
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the merchant acquiring industry is a plus
