Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth and a Team of 4-5, drive client acquisition, and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves managing the sales team, coordinating with the Sales Head, handling business opportunities, building key client relationships, presenting Godigitally’s IT solutions, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills, along with experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, SaaS, B2B, or Real Estate Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through walk-ins, networking, referrals, and field sales

• Identify prospective clients and schedule business meetings

• Present Godigitally’s products and services to potential clients

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

• Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closures

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates 2 years of experience in any of the following:

• IT Sales

• Software Sales

• Digital Marketing Sales

• SaaS Sales

• Real Estate Sales

• B2B Sales
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing or Sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of CRM software

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-generation tools

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Enterprise IT Solutions

• Confidence in client interactions and presentations
