Key Responsibilities
Sales & Negotiation: Meet or exceed monthly vehicle sales targets, including financing, insurance, and warranty options.
Customer Experience: Guide customers through the buying journey, from identifying needs to final vehicle delivery.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical knowledge to less experienced sales executives, enhancing the team's overall capabilities.
Lead Generation & CRM: Proactively identify new customers through prospecting, networking, and cold calling, ensuring a full sales pipeline.
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends to provide insights for improving sales strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills
