Senior Sales Executive

Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive to expand our market presence and strengthen relationships with key dealers and construction clients. The role involves strategic business development, lead

generation and deal closure, with a strong focus on achieving measurable growth and long-term client partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct customer meetings, networking, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and channel partners.

• Manage and track the sales pipeline using Zoho CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.

• Collaborate with management to develop region-wise sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.

• Provide leadership and guidance to junior business development executives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Key Account Management.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships with measurable business impact.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), email communication and CRM systems (Zoho CRM experience

preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a results-oriented mindset.

• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to identify growth opportunities.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding business development targets.
