About the Job

Prime Enterprises is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive / Sales Team Leader to manage and grow our sales team.

The candidate will manage 4 Territory Sales Executives for Livfast B2B sales and will also support multi-brand B2C and Online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of 4 field sales executives.

• Drive Livfast B2B dealer sales.

• Develop new Livfast dealers and reactivate inactive dealers.

• Monitor sales, dealer visits, orders and collections.

• Allocate targets and monitor team performance.

• Conduct regular field visits with the sales team.

• Handle important dealers and customers.

• Support multi-brand B2C sales including Livfast, Exide, Amaron and other approved brands.

• Monitor online enquiries and conversion.

• Support website, Google, IndiaMART, Justdial and WhatsApp sales.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

• Work directly with the Business Head.

Territory

The team will cover:

Bhayandar → Jogeshwari

Andheri → Bandra

Bhiwandi → Thane

Mankhurd → Mulund

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates with experience in:

• Automotive batteries

• Auto parts / automotive aftermarket

• Tyres

• Lubricants

• Electrical products

• Inverter / UPS / solar products

• Dealer / distribution sales

Previous experience handling a field sales team is preferred.
