Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Field Sales Executive who can drive B2B client acquisition through a mix of cold calling, field visits, and inbound lead conversion.
This is a target-driven, client-facing role where you will interact with decision-makers such as Admin Heads, HR Managers, and Procurement Officers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
Conduct cold calls to generate new business opportunities
Visit schools, colleges, corporates, factories, and institutions for on-ground prospecting
Identify and qualify potential B2B clients
Maintain a structured pipeline of leads
2. Client Meetings & Conversion
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
Understand client requirements and present relevant solutions
Handle negotiations and close deals effectively
Build trust and long-term client relationships
3. Lead Management
Follow up on inbound leads from digital campaigns (Facebook ads, website, etc.)
Ensure quick response time and high conversion efficiency
4. Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, pricing, and order execution
Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders
5. Reporting & Performance
Maintain daily activity reports (calls, visits, conversions)
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Who Should Apply
Preferred Profile
1+ year experience in B2B sales / field sales / corporate sales
Freshers with strong communication and sales mindset can also apply
Must-Have Skills
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Confident and presentable personality for client-facing roles
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Additional Requirements
Comfortable with field work and daily travel
Own bike/scooty preferred
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / Marketing preferred

Compensation & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
Incentives: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000/month (performance-based, uncapped growth potential)
