Job Description

Position: Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Convert leads through calls, networking, and other sales channels.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive overall business growth.

  • Maintain accurate lead records, sales reports, and performance updates.

  • Guide and support junior sales team members to improve sales performance.

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategies.
