We are looking for a senior sales Executive to join our team at Beyond Supps. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience.
• Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.
• Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable products.
• Build strong customer relationships and convert enquiries into sales.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure excellent store presentation.
• Stay updated on supplements, nutrition, and wellness products.
Requirements
• Excellent sales and retail communication skills.
• Strong confidence in interacting with customers and closing sales.
• Good personality, grooming, and presentation.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of health supplements, sports nutrition, or fitness is an added advantage.
