Job Overview

Atlas Adhesives is hiring a target-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage B2B sales for sports flooring and related infrastructure products across Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, site visits, client presentations, and closing deals with contractors, dealers, and project companies.

Education Qualification

• Preferred: Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, B.E./B.Tech)

• Advantage: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Materials Science will be a strong advantage due to the technical nature of adhesives and flooring systems.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Sales & Business Development: Identify and close sales opportunities with sports flooring contractors, turf installers, dealers, distributors, and project companies across Delhi NCR.

• Field Visits & Presentations: Conduct site/office visits, carry product samples, and deliver demonstrations for sports flooring applications (binders, synthetic turf, EPDM/SBR flooring, etc.).

• Client & Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with contractors, project stakeholders, and dealers to ensure repeat business.

• Commercials & Quotations: Prepare quotations, lead commercial discussions, negotiate deals, and follow up to convert inquiries into active orders.

• Lead & Data Tracking: Maintain detailed records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities using MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Market Intelligence: Track ongoing infrastructure projects, market trends, and competitor activities to consistently meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 6+ years of proven B2B sales experience in Sports Flooring / Sports Infrastructure / Synthetic Turf / EPDM / Rubber Flooring / PU Binders or related industries. (Candidates with existing network/contacts among sports contractors/dealers will be preferred).

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of sports applications like running/jogging tracks, synthetic turf, and related chemical/binder systems.

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets for lead tracking, quotation preparation, and reporting.

• Mobility: Comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi NCR. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

• Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
