Senior Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage and maintain relationships with clients.

·       Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable asset financing solutions.

·       Handle the end-to-end loan process, including documentation, verification, and coordination with internal teams.

·       Liaise with credit, underwriting, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement of loans.

·       Review financial and asset-related documents to assess eligibility as per company and banking guidelines.

·       Provide regular updates to clients regarding loan status and requirements.

·       Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and documentation standards.

·       Maintain accurate customer records and loan-related documentation.

·       Deliver a high level of customer service and relationship management throughout the loan lifecycle.

Requirements:

·       Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).

·       Minimum 3–6+ years of experience in Asset Loans, Vehicle Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), or related lending products.

·       Strong understanding of banking and lending processes.

·       Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Strong relationship management and client-handling abilities.

·       Good analytical and documentation review skills.

·       Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems/CRM tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

·       Experience handling high-value asset financing portfolios.

·       Strong knowledge of loan documentation, compliance, and banking procedures.

·       Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced banking environment.
