Job Description – Senior Inside Sales Executive
Work Location: Viman Nagar,Pune ( On- site)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to drive revenue through outbound calling, lead conversion, and subscription sales. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving monthly sales of ₹15–20 lakh.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to generate and convert sales leads.
Promote products and subscription plans to customers.
Follow up with prospects and close sales.
Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations.
Build strong customer relationships and drive repeat sales.
Maintain lead records and sales reports in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
Required Skills
Proven sales experience with ₹15–20 lakh monthly sales achievement.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong lead conversion and sales closure abilities.
Experience with CRM tools and MS Excel.
Target-oriented with good customer-handling skills.
