The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for Tesco Structures by leading, motivating, and developing the sales team. This role focuses on achieving monthly and annual sales targets across product lines including Tensile Structures, PEB, Roofing Solutions, and Civil Works. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a track record in B2B sales, team management, and project-based selling.
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
Build sales strategies to increase market penetration and order conversions.
Track team performance and ensure 100% achievement of sales KPIs.
Lead a team of Sales Executives, Inside Sales Coordinators, and Site Sales staff.
Conduct daily sales meetings, task assignments, and pipeline reviews.
Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance and product knowledge.
Develop high-performance culture with accountability and discipline.
Create weekly and monthly sales plans aligned with company goals.
Monitor CRM entries, follow-ups, lead ageing, and opportunity stages.
Identify high-value prospects and support the team in closing strategic deals.
Build strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
Attend client meetings, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to order confirmation.
Identify new market segments, product opportunities, and competitor activity.
Develop strategies for new business and channel partnerships.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and industrial meetups.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Maintain accurate CRM data, quotation logs, and sales documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing standards, and approval processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering / Sales or relevant field.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales; experience in roofing, construction, steel structures, or architectural solutions preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and structured sales processes.
