Job Summary
Kathleho Elevators India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive with 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective customers, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company's lift, elevator, and car parking solutions.
Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and customer feedback.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation.
