This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and actively contributing to the company’s growth. The selected candidate will develop strategies to expand client portfolios and ensure the successful execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in automobile OEMs, Tier-1 & Tier-2 suppliers
Generate leads through cold calling, visits, references, and online platforms
Understand customer requirements related to tooling, molds, and machining services
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical discussions with clients
Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams for project execution
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Key Requirements:
3–10 years of experience in automobile / tool room / mold industry sales
Strong knowledge of mold development, machining, and manufacturing processes
Good communication and negotiation skills
Qualification:
Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Preferred Skills:
Experience in injection mold / die casting tools
Existing network in automobile industry
Technical understanding of drawings and specifications
