Key Responsibilities
Identify, connect, and onboard new sellers onto the Dropdash platform.
Manage end-to-end seller lifecycle: from acquisition to account activation.
Build and maintain strong seller relationships to drive engagement and satisfaction.
Educate sellers on platform features, pricing models, and benefits to maximize adoption.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for seller acquisition and retention.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, support, tech) to ensure smooth seller experience.
Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and feedback from sellers to help improve offerings.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline, preference for business/commerce background).
1–3 years of experience in seller acquisition, business development, telesales, or account management (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial, Udaan, etc. preferred).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with sellers.
Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve sales/acquisition goals.
Comfort with technology platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Fluency in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
