The Salon Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, promoting services/products, and ensuring an excellent customer experience at the salon.
Greet clients and understand their service requirements.
Recommend suitable services, packages, and retail products.
Provide basic service information and guide clients on salon offerings.
Actively promote packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.
Upsell services such as facials, spa treatments, hair services, etc.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Ensure a warm, professional experience for every client.
Handle concerns or queries and coordinate with the manager for resolutions.
Maintain strong client follow-up for repeat business.
Assist with appointment scheduling and walk-in management.
Support billing and payment processes.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/booking systems.
Stay updated on all salon services, products, and promotions.
Participate in sales and product training sessions.
Share daily sales updates with the manager.
Coordinate with therapists/stylists to ensure smooth client flow.
Maintain awareness of inventory for retail products.
Minimum 4–7 years of sales experience (preferably in beauty, retail, or hospitality).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
Ability to meet monthly sales targets.
Basic computer and billing knowledge is an advantage.
