Job Summary

Ravi Goel & Sons is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our on-ground business presence. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting clients, converting sales, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the company’s overall sales growth. This is a field-oriented role requiring strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Conversion & Sales

• Visit potential clients, retailers, distributors, or business partners to present company products/services.

• Convert leads into successful sales and consistently achieve monthly targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and close deals efficiently.

• Conduct product demonstrations or pitch presentations on-site.

2. Market Outreach & Lead Generation

• Develop a strong pipeline of leads through regular field visits.

• Map assigned territories and maintain an updated database of prospects.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.

• Provide timely after-sales support, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Collect and relay customer feedback to the management team for service improvement.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily visit reports, sales closures, and activity logs.

• Coordinate with the internal team on pricing, deliveries, and follow-ups.

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

5. Market Intelligence

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior patterns.

• Provide insights that can help refine sales strategies or product positioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales (FMCG/industrial/retail sectors preferred).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, sales apps, or reporting tools (preferred).

• 12th pass or Graduate (preferred but not mandatory depending on experience).

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (if required for the role).
