Hiring: Telesales Executive / Receptionist – Gym

Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated Telesales Executive / Receptionist to handle front-desk operations, communicate with potential clients, and help grow our gym membership sales.

The ideal candidate should have good convincing skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Previous gym experience is not required — we value communication, dedication, and the ability to convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the gym’s reception and welcome members and visitors.

• Attend phone calls, respond to enquiries, and provide information about membership plans.

• Make calls to potential clients and follow up with existing enquiries.

• Convince prospective clients to visit the gym and purchase memberships.

• Follow up regularly with interested leads to improve sales conversions.

• Explain gym facilities, membership packages, and ongoing offers.

• Maintain client records, enquiry details, and follow-up reports using basic computer tools.

• Assist members with basic queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Work towards monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the gym.

• Coordinate with the management team and perform other reception and sales-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Friendly, professional, and presentable personality.

• Ability to handle clients patiently and professionally.

• Target-oriented, responsible, and hardworking.

• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or reception is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
