Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain products/services and answer customer questions.
Generate sales leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally.
Record call details and outcomes in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Proven experience in telecalling or sales (0–2 years).
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under target-based pressure.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Fluent in [Language(s) required].
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telesales or customer service.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
