Sales Telecaller

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele-Sales Executive to join our jewellery sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, introducing our jewellery collections, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads.

• Introduce and promote our gold, silver, diamond, and gemstone jewellery collections.

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Generate and qualify sales leads.

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain customer relationships.

• Update customer information and call records in the system.

• Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and client visits.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Previous experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer service preferred.

• Knowledge or interest in jewellery products is a plus.

• Confident speaking skills and persuasive ability.

• Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills.
