Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls

• Explain services clearly to clients

• Answer customer queries professionally

• Follow up with interested leads

• Maintain daily call and follow-up records
  
  
  

  Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass

• Hindi communication is mandatory (basic English is a plus)

• Experience in telecalling or sales preferred

• Freshers can also apply

• Good communication and convincing skills
  
  
  Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives

• Job Type: Full-time

• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)
  
  
  Fixed office hours

• Day shift only
