We are looking for a Sales Telecaller (B2B) to join our team at at Creativemarque. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Call potential business clients and generate leads.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Follow up with clients and maintain good relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Schedule meetings for the sales team when required.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client feedback
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
