Sales Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role involves both inbound and outbound communication, follow-ups, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers.

• Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, or messages.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure or resolution.

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets (if applicable).

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
