Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Sales to lead the sales team, monitor performance, ensure SOP & CRM compliance, handle escalations, and drive targets through effective leadership,follow-ups, and process management..

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the single POC for team-related queries, issues, and escalations.

• Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.

• Ensure proper and timely updates in CRM.

• Track team performance and identify gaps in productivity.

• Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, and reporting formats.

• Support team members in handling difficult customers/dealers and escalations.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly performance reports.

• Coordinate with management for targets, performance updates, and operational requirements.

• Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements.

• Support and guide team members to achieve their individual and team targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong team handling and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of CRM systems and Excel.

• Strong follow-up and reporting skills.

• Ability to handle escalations professionally.

• Process-oriented and disciplined approach.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.

• Ability to monitor and improve team performance.

• Timings 09:45 AM To 6:30 PM
