  Position: Sales Team Leader

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Level 2 sales calls and connect with prospective customers to convert qualified leads into sales. 80% will be core calling Job.

  • Take ownership of lead conversion and revenue generation.

  • Guide and support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.

  • Monitor team performance, call quality, and sales productivity.

  • Assist team members in handling objections and closing deals effectively.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.

  • Prepare performance reports and share regular updates with management.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards.

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a sales process.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Experience in handling escalation and Level 2 conversion calls.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Ability to motivate and manage a team in a target-driven environment.

  • Graduation preferred.
