Position: Sales Team Leader
Product: Credit Card
Department: Sales
Experience: 1–3 years in Credit Card/Banking/Tele-sales/Field Sales
Location: Noida
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Credit Card Sales Executives.
Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and conversion ratios.
Guide team members on customer handling and sales techniques.
Generate leads and support the team in acquiring new customers.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC completion.
Follow up with customers regarding credit card applications.
Resolve team and customer-related issues.
Prepare daily and weekly sales performance reports.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide training/coaching.
Coordinate with the backend/operations team for application processing.
Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Knowledge of credit cards and banking products.
Good customer-handling skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/reporting.
Experience in handling sales targets and MIS will be an advantage.
Salary: As per experience and company norms.
