Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Support to join our team at at Lysaght Taperline Poles Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with sales team to achieve targets
Handle customer enquiries, quotations & sales documentation
Follow up on leads, orders & project status
Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations)
Maintain customer communication & provide post-sales support
Prepare MIS reports and sales data
Support payment follow-ups and documentation
Assist in resolving customer issues

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
