Provide technical support to clients via calls, emails, and remote assistance
Troubleshoot and resolve basic software and system-related issues
Assist clients in using CRM and other software solutions effectively
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution
Support the sales team with technical knowledge during client interactions
Maintain records of issues, solutions, and client communication
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, or related field (Freshers can apply)
Basic understanding of IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Good problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
Interest in IT sales and software solutions
Ability to quickly learn new technologies
