Sales / Support Executive

Delite Battery is expanding its operations in Vijayawada and looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales / Support Executive. In this role, you will be the core communication link handling inbound inquiries, converting customer leads, managing technician dispatches, and maintaining clean operational records.

• Monthly Performance Incentives: ₹1,000 to ₹7,000 / Month (Based on performance metrics)

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Inbound Management: Respond promptly to inbound customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries regarding battery products and services.

• Lead Conversion & Dispatch: Manage lead conversion pipelines and coordinate real-time technician dispatches for prompt service delivery.

• Customer Care: Ensure smooth order closures, handle customer care questions, and collect verification feedback.

• Data Logging: Maintain accurate records and log daily operational data into CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Communication: Strong spoken communication skills in both Telugu and English.

• Technical Literacy: Proficiency with Android smartphones, WhatsApp Business tools, and basic computer applications.

• Mindset: Highly results-oriented with a customer-first and proactive approach to problem-solving.
