Job Title: Sales Specialist (Inside Sales)

Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana

Experience: Minimum 1+ Year

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inside sales activities, engaging with potential customers through calls, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Generate and qualify leads
Convert leads into sales and achieve targets
Maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Update and manage customer data in records/CRM

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic understanding of sales techniques
Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment
