Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential clients, and close property sales. The candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills and be able to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

• Conduct property site visits and presentations.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.

• Maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Location: A-70 Noida Sector 2 , Near Noida 15 Metro station
Salary: As per industry standards + attractive incentives.
