Job Description: To profitably increase MedSurg Sales with channel through Opportunity Management and defined process implementation for assigned region. Execute Operating Plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives for driving primary sales Channel management Conduct JBP’s with channel partners every month for mutual business growth Channel partner agreements to be in place for all channel partners Meet AR metrices in terms of % current & also align to the credit policy POS implementation: Timely and accurate transmission of data; Maintain quality of POS data. Primary sales to be in line with secondary sales Securitization: BG to be collected as per company policy- BG expiry to be reviewed every month; ACH mandate for the channels Channel engagement: Implement CIP programs- Privilege club, Reseller Loyalty etc Maintain stock of 45-60 days with channel to ensure adequate service levels to customers DSRs to be hired at channel to drive growth. Coach, train, motivate, monitor, and evaluate Distributor Sales Representative to improve overall performance.
