Job Title: Sales Partner – Gold Loan

About the Role

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Partners to promote and drive sales of Loan products across Bangalore. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a proactive sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customers across the city to explain and promote loan products

Follow up on company-generated leads and convert them into successful customers

Generate new leads through personal network and field outreach

Conduct market research to understand customer demand and local opportunities

Develop strong product knowledge and confidently give product demonstrations

Handle customer objections and queries professionally

Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business

Ensure smooth customer experience from first contact to loan disbursement

Eligibility Criteria

Male candidates only

Must be fluent in Kannada

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Field sales experience preferred

Experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking / Financial Products is an added advantage

Required Skills

Strong communication and convincing skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Good market understanding and field sales confidence

Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships
