TDMC REP LLP is a leading B2B travel representation company based in Ghaziabad, India. We specialize in providing destination management services for Singapore and Malaysia, working closely with travel agents across India.

Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales/Operations Executive to join our Delhi NCR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with travel agents PAN India, providing quotations for Singapore and Malaysia B2B tour packages, and ensuring smooth reservation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with travel agents across India (PAN India) for B2B travel inquiries

• Prepare and send competitive quotations for Singapore and Malaysia tour packages

• Handle email communications professionally and respond to inquiries promptly

• Follow up with travel agents on pending queries and bookings

• Assist travel agents with their reservation requirements

• Process bookings and coordinate with overseas operations team

• Maintain client database and update booking records

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agent partners

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality degree preferred)

• 0-2 years of experience in travel industry (B2B preferred)

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong email writing and professional communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia destinations

• Experience with travel booking systems/GDS

• Understanding of B2B travel operations

• Existing network with travel agents is a plus

• Knowledge of tour costing and package creation
