Sales Executive-Vishwas-Sales Job Title: Sales Officer – Prime Vishwas Department: Prime Vishwas Business Reporting To: Team Leader / Area Sales Manager Job Purpose The Sales Officer will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring customers for Prime Vishwas products through field sales activities, direct customer engagement, referrals, and channel partnerships. The role involves generating leads, achieving business targets, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers for Prime Vishwas products through field sourcing and market penetration. Identify potential customers and generate business through references, self-sourcing, and channel partners. Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements. Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documents for loan processing. Coordinate with operations and credit teams for smooth loan disbursement. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the organization. Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities. Ensure compliance with KYC, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Maintain portfolio quality and support collection efforts, wherever required. Submit daily sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
