Sales Officer

We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team at Indics Solution. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹22,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts (SA), Current Accounts (CA), Fixed Deposits (FDs) and other banking products.

• Sell third-party products such as insurance, mutual funds, and investment products.

• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and marketing activities.

• Meet prospective customers and conduct daily sales calls.

• Cross-sell banking products to existing customers.

• Achieve assigned daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain customer interaction records in the bank's CRM system.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate banking solutions.

• Ensure compliance with KYC, RBI, SEBI, and bank guidelines.

• Complete mandatory certifications such as AMFI/EUIN where applicable.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
