Sales Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive sales professional with a strong foundation in lead generation and client relationship management. In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary focus will be initiating contact through cold calling, understanding client needs, and establishing the trust required to close high-value interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to identify and engage prospective clients.

● Build and nurture authentic, long-term relationships with clients to establish a foundation

of trust.

● Pitch Milano's interior design services confidently to homeowners, developers, and

business owners.

● Listen to client requirements and clearly articulate how our design solutions align with

their vision.

● Manage the complete sales cycle from the initial outreach to the final project onboarding.

● Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and consistently follow up with prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales, tele-sales, or business development role.

● Exceptional confidence and a natural ability to present services persuasively over the

phone and in person.

● Proven track record in effective cold calling and overcoming initial objections.

● Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy, active listening, and

trust-building.

● Mandatory Languages: Fluent in both English and Hindi (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

● Fluency in Kannada is a distinct advantage and will be highly valued.

● Prior sales experience within the interior design, real estate, or architectural industries.
