Sales Officer

About the Role:
Bestone Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Officer to manage and grow business in the Sikar region. The ideal candidate will have strong local market knowledge, an established network in the area, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive primary and secondary sales within the assigned Sikar territory

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and dealers in the local market

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability, pricing, and competitor activity

• Onboard new dealers/retailers and expand market reach within Sikar and surrounding areas

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate sales records/reports

• Coordinate with the sales team and management to plan promotional activities and schemes

• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain strong business relationships

• Provide daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG/industrial products/similar sector

• Strong knowledge of Sikar and surrounding market areas is mandatory

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field

• Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge for reporting (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory based on experience)
