Winfinix Finance Private Limited is a growing financial services firm specializing in personal loans, business loans, and recovery solutions. We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and target-driven individuals to join our sales team in Kolkata (Panihati/Sodepur).

Job Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary goal is to reach out to prospects, explain our financial products (Loans/Insurance), and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Proactively call potential customers from provided databases to pitch financial products.

• Lead Conversion: Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and guide them through the loan/finance application process.

• Relationship Management: Maintain a positive rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling quotas and monthly sales targets.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM/tracking sheet.

• Query Resolution: Address customer doubts regarding interest rates, eligibility, and documentation professionally.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and interview).

• Incentives: High-performance-based monthly incentives (uncapped).

• Statutory Benefits: • Provident Fund (PF) contributions.

  • Medical Insurance coverage for employee health and safety.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (H.S.) or Graduate in any stream.

• Experience: 0–2 years in Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Support (Freshers with good communication are welcome).

• Skills: • Excellent verbal communication in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).

  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain professional under pressure.

• Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with mobile calling apps and basic Excel.
