Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to manage and market IT consultants on the bench. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying client requirements, matching them with available consultants, and ensuring successful placements while maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities by actively searching for client requirements and project opportunities in the US IT staffing market.

• Market bench consultants by aligning their skills and experience with client needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and implementation partners.

• Screen and evaluate consultants’ resumes to ensure the best fit for client requirements.

• Prepare and modify resumes as per client expectations and job descriptions.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and consultants, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

• Follow up with clients and consultants throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Facilitate onboarding and placement processes once candidates are selected.

• Maintain regular communication with both clients and consultants to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.

• Stay updated with the latest IT trends, technologies, and market demands.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry.

• Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill sets, and job roles.

• Experience working with job portals, vendor networks, and client relationships.
