We are looking for an organized, proactive, and target-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team, coordinate with clients, manage sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, follow-up, coordination, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

### 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📞 Coordinate with the Sales Team and Clients regarding inquiries, requirements, and follow-ups.

📋 Handle incoming sales inquiries and maintain accurate records of leads and prospects.

📈 Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

📑 Prepare and share quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.

🔄 Follow up with clients regarding quotations, proposals, payments, and order status.

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

📊 Maintain sales reports, MIS reports, CRM records, and customer databases.

💬 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.

📅 Schedule client meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-ups.

🔍 Track sales activities, pending requirements, and customer feedback.

📈 Prepare regular sales performance reports for management review.

### 💎 REQUIREMENTS

✅ 2–8 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related field.

✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

✅ Strong follow-up, coordination, and client-handling abilities.

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

✅ Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
