✔ Lead, train & manage the field sales team
✔ Drive residential & commercial property sales
✔ Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
✔ Handle client meetings, site visits & negotiations
✔ Build strong relationships with developers & clients
✔ Track daily sales performance & reporting

🎯 Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Sales Manager (Real Estate preferred)
✔ Strong leadership & communication skills
✔ Field sales & team handling experience mandatory
✔ Target-driven mindset
✔ Knowledge of Pune real estate market is a plus
