Full Time
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and IndiaMART.
Prepare and send Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Tax Invoices.
Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain customer records and sales reports in MS Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially:
MS Excel
MS Word
Outlook/Email
Experience in preparing:
Quotations
Purchase Orders (PO)
Tax Invoices
Knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling is preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Basic knowledge of online sales and customer follow-up.
