Job Description

Universal King HR Consultancy is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Part-Time Sales & Marketing Executive to help us acquire new corporate clients and generate recruitment business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach companies that have hiring/recruitment requirements.

- Generate new B2B leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email and field visits.

- Contact HR Managers, Recruiters, Business Owners and decision-makers.

- Explain Universal King HR Consultancy's recruitment services and commercial terms.

- Schedule meetings with potential clients.

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.

- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in the company CRM/ERP.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team after receiving a client requirement.

- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.

- Build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.

- Comfortable making business calls and communicating with HR/management.

- Knowledge of LinkedIn, WhatsApp and email is preferred.

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

- Previous experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales or HR consultancy will be an advantage.

Working Hours

Part-time: Approximately 4–5 hours per day

Flexible working hours can be discussed.

Compensation

₹2,000–₹5,000/month + attractive performance-based incentives

Additional incentives may be provided for:
