Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our Construction/Formwork business. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, business development, and sales growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector.

• Promote formwork solutions to contractors, builders, and developers.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Experience in Construction, Formwork, Scaffolding, Building Materials, or Infrastructure Industry preferred.

• Basic understanding of construction drawings is mandatory.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel across India as per management requirements.
