Marketing & Business Development Executive

About the Company

Shoton Ventures Private Limited is building SarthMandi, a technology platform focused on enabling digital business connections for the agriculture and international trade ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.

- Support customer onboarding and relationship management.

- Schedule and participate in client meetings through Zoom and Google Meet.

- Present the company's products and services to prospective clients.

- Generate qualified business leads and maintain the sales pipeline.

- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

- Assist in digital marketing campaigns and brand-building activities.

- Maintain CRM records, prepare daily reports, and coordinate follow-ups with clients.

- Work closely with the team to achieve business development and marketing objectives.

Skills Required

- Good spoken and written English.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Interest in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.

- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.

- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn in a startup environment.

Eligibility

- Experienced candidates will be preferred.

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are preferred.
