Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and promoting solar rooftop solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for solar rooftop projects
Explain solar solutions, pricing, subsidies, and ROI to customers
Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements
Prepare quotations and proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer records and sales reports
Coordinate with installation and technical teams
Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in sales (solar industry preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of solar systems (On-grid, Off-grid, Hybrid)
Ability to work in field sales
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Experience:
0–2 years (Freshers with strong sales skills may apply)
Education:
Graduate / Diploma in any field
Engineering background is an added advantage
